SAFARI Montage CreationStation® is an easy-to-use software tool that allows schools and districts to add, share and manage user-created video content and licensed programming on their network to the SAFARI Montage system. Rollover hot spots for feature descriptions.

Digital Rights

Once uploaded via SAFARI Montage CreationStation®, content can be meta-tagged with segment descriptions, correlated to state curriculum standards and indicated for Home Access. Flexible Digital Rights Management provides control over the content to ensure that the correct users have access to it in the proper ways.

When used in conjunction with SAFARI Montage WAN Manager, districts can upload and distribute the digital content to all schools with ease, thereby supporting critical initiatives like Professional Development.

Descriptive Information

SAFARI Montage CreationStation® supports 33 file format types that can be added into playlists, thereby increasing their effectiveness as multimedia lesson plans. Supported file types for video are: MOV, MP4 (H.264), WMV, and FLV; for Audio: MP3; for Image: JPG, BMP and GIF; for Interactive: SWF; for Documents: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, OpenOffice and Text; and for Interactive Whiteboards: FLIPCHART(FLP), AS3A, and NOTEBOOK (XBK).
