Professional Development Programs
& Partnerships

We create professional development programs based on a school's or district's individual goals. Working with teachers and administrators to determine a baseline of knowledge, we review existing models of instruction and examine curriculum. All programs focus on best practices, student achievement, and address the integration of Common Core State Standards and National Content Area Standards.

Program Outlines

We have developed the following programs to help you get started with Teq PD.

Adaptation

We begin with our Digital Teacher Certification and continue with five days of mentoring services that focus on the latest lesson development techniques. Participants will learn how to make key decisions on how to effectively implement technologies in the classroom and how to model their use so that students use the same technologies with ease and success.

Infusion

With the Digital Teacher Certification and ten days of mentoring, participants will further explore technology integration in the 21st century classroom. They’ll learn how to create rich and dynamic online learning spaces, and build their data-driven instruction skills, exploring the benefits of personalized learning.

Transformation

Thirty days of in-district mentoring provides teachers with contextual PD and content-specific examples that allow students to achieve specific learning outcomes. Teachers are equipped to assess student performance and demographics, enabling them to personalize instruction practices to each learning style. As the program concludes, teachers serve as mentors and models. They engage and collaborate with colleagues and the community to develop and sustain a common culture that supports student learning.

Mentoring Services

Explore techniques and tools to strengthen teacher performance and improve learning outcomes. Discuss best practices for designing interactive learning environments and furthering the achievement of your school or district. Learn more

Student Collaborative

Create a collaborative learning environment for teachers and students to explore new technology. Deepen students’ problem-solving skills and promote career readiness by providing them with project-based learning experiences. Learn more
