Fiction and Non-Fiction in the Library in conjunction with Columbus Day

Through class discussion, Smartboard activities, and the reading of literature related to the voyage of Christopher Columbus, students will gain an understanding of Columbus’ life and the historical significance of his pioneering voyage in 1492. Students will also review the distinctions between fiction, nonfiction and biography books through a Destiny (online library catalog) subject search using Columbus as the subject.
