Tequipment, Inc. (Teq) and the New York Jets have partnered together with The Pencil Program to provide NYC Schools with innovative technology that will help foster an interactive learning environment. Join us on May 21st, 2010 at 10:30am to participate in our donation of thirteen SMART Board Interactive Whiteboards to the children and school community of P.S. 46 in Bayside, Queens.

Amid a very challenging economic climate, Teq would like to use our unsurpassed expertise to benefit those in need. The donation of this technology will be used to enhance learning outcomes for all students and will also provide them with accommodations needed for differentiating instruction for students with special needs to help maximize their success.

The P.S. 46 school community is well-deserving of this donation as they have shown passion and dedication throughout all their successes in becoming the first barrier-free school for special needs learners. The school already boasts superior quality in educator support and curricula and students thrive within the nurturing multi-cultural climate as a result.

As one of our community’s most respected media outlets, we are encouraging your participation for the event. Not only will you garner support from fans but also gain additional media exposure. Together, the New York Jets NFL Team and Teq hope to attract journalists, publications, broadcast networks, and key community figures who share our continued interests to strive for a better tomorrow within the academic arena.
