Teq President and Founder Robert Sugarman to Resume Role as CEO

FARMINGDALE, NY – July 19, 2010 – Tequipment, Inc. today announced that Robert Sugarman has, effective immediately, resumed his role as Chief Executive Officer. After a 3-year hiatus, Sugarman will again direct the Company’s strategic and operational initiatives as it strengthens its position as the leading provider of SMART products and professional development in New York State. Additionally, Teq will focus its efforts on new territories and new products. Starting with New Jersey, the Company will strategically position itself to provide a total customer solution with an emphasis on professional development offerings and new products, including Safari Montage Digital Media Management, Aartpack interactive content and FrontRow classroom audio.

As the founder and visionary behind Teq, Sugarman has clear business objectives for the future, and the entire organization is deeply committed to executing this plan.
