As a Client Service Executive, you will provide support to our customers by ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and while maximizing customer satisfaction. You will communicate lead times and all relative information to the customer. You will coordinate with other departments on execution of purchase orders, delivery, installation and technical service. This role is perfect for an individual looking for an opportunity to flourish within a fast growing company. This role will report directly to the Director, Client Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Order ownership from order entry through invoicing
  • Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner utilizing SAP accounting/CRM system
  • Report on all open orders to be invoiced and invoiced dates
  • Partner with sales department when needed to fulfill all orders
  • Process orders for customer returns
  • Communicating with customers on lead time for completion of orders
  • Responding to customer inquiries via incoming calls and emails
  • Daily interaction with various departments including but not limited to: Sales, Warehouse, Field Service Technicians, Professional Development, Technical Support, and Installation Team
  • Monitoring large projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft office Suite including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level or above
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Personable demeanor and strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow through ability and initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, tact and diplomacy when interacting with customers, other employees and managers
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure in an evolving, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to accept change and adapt to new policies and procedures
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary $40-45K
