The Professional Development (PD) Scheduler provides assistance to Teq’s PD Department and support to our customers on a daily basis to ensure that PD training appointments and PD Deployment activities are scheduled, confirmed, fulfilled, and invoiced quickly, thereby maintaining customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue for Teq Inc.

The PD Scheduler will communicate directly with customers by phone, video conference, and/or email, and will coordinate with the PD Specialist(s), Curriculum Specialist(s), and other Departments for the purpose of scheduling and managing of all PD appointments, the collection and processing of PD Attendance Sheets, and the collection of other relevant documentation for the purpose of PD Tracking and Invoicing. This role will report directly to the Chief Learning Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate directly customers following the purchase of onsite and/or online professional development to schedule the most appropriate Training Specialists for PD Delivery and Deployment
  • Ensure that the PD Training Specialist has the appropriate skill set allowing them to effectively train on the selected PD topics
  • Manage all PD Cancellations and Reschedules on SAP/RUS
  • Maintain PD Waiting List
  • Collect, manage, and process PD Attendance Sheets including but not limited to:
    • Verifying information is filled out correctly and to its entirety
    • Following-up on Sign-in Sheets that are missing PO numbers
    • Give Data Entry the sign in sheets to be scanned into data base
  • Create User Certificates and mail them out
  • File hard copy of certified users and add the date they were put in the mail * Schedule a PD Planning Meetings/Agenda Discussions in order to identify the best better approach for working with customers.
  • Schedule the PD Deployment/Curriculum Call based on customer and PD team member availability. Create OPD Licensing and Certificates and deliver OPD Licensing and Certificates to Customers
  • Process Orders in SAP
  • Schedule and maintain all Teq Connects after initial Deployment Call is Scheduled/Delivered
  • Invoice Professional Development activities upon completion or fulfilment of the expectation
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with multi-user calendar management
  • Ability to follow-up and confirm all appointments
  • Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook (primarily Outlook calendar)
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow through ability and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and Polished presentation
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, tact and diplomacy when interacting with customers, other employees and managers
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range $45-50K
