Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling deliveries, service calls, site surveys and installations of classroom technology for our K12 customers throughout New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Installation Manager in maintaining and optimizing the delivery, installation, and service schedule
  • Scheduling delivery of equipment leveraging both internal and external shipping resources
  • Scheduling installation and service dates for our installation team
  • Communicating with installation technicians in the field as required
  • Maintaining a dynamic installation schedule
  • Provide support to the field in real time as needed for reschedules
  • Order and manage contractor work permits
  • Periodically audit the scheduling process to ensure it is working and quality is being delivered in the field


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of dispatching, installation, construction, or logistical experience in product installation (which may include home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Responsible with great attention to detail
  • Reliable with outstanding attendance
  • Ability to maintain composure and rational thinking during stressful situations
  • Possess advanced computer skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word)
  • Approach projects with an overall positive attitude
  • Strong sense of urgency


Compensation and Benefits

  • $45,000 – $55,000 Annual Salary
  • Insurance: Medical, FSA, DCA, Dental, Vision, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short-Term
  • 401(k) and 401(k) Match
  • 16 Paid Days Off Plus 14 Paid Holidays, Paid Training Days
