Rapid growth and focus led to obtaining the exclusive in New York State, and we are looking for someone that can help us continue to grow our business. The main part of this territory will be will include the Bronx, NY area. TEQ Outside Sales Representatives (Senior Account Executives, SAE) is the leader of a $4-$8 million dollar business. We are looking for someone that views their role not just as a sales representative, but as the individual responsible for leading that business forward. We expect a lot out of our SAEs because the ultimate end-user of our products are teachers & children.


  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and meet with key decision makers.
  • Develop a sales pipeline for 3 times your monthly sales target.
  • Work with your Account Executive to develop acquisition plans for new customers.
  • Upsell and cross sell our existing customers with new products and services.
  • Work with marketing department to implement and track ROI of local marketing events in your sales territory.
  • Territory includes the Bronx, NY area.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing and sales or related field of study (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of field sales experience. Technology sales experience is preferred and educational experience is a plus.
  • Solutions selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: Professional Development, software, hardware or other interactive technical product.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organization.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Expert in CRM software solutions.
  • Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills.
  • Highly energetic and self-starter.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Willingness to evaluate current strategies and change quickly when required.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Traveling to clients within the Bronx, New York area to ensure face-to-face contact with prospects.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary and Wage: Competitive Base Salary ($80K) + Commission with no Cap+ Bonus incentives (OTE $150-$170K UNCAPPED)
