Join the Teq team at the Teach Better Conference on October 14th and 15th at the National Inventors Hall of Fame School in Akron, Ohio. Professional Development Specialist, Terry VanNoy, and Senior Account Executive, June Hodge, will be with us to discuss Teq’s full product and services line. Come get hands-on experience with innovative edtech like SMART interactive flat panel displays, 3D printers, classroom robotics kits, professional development with OTIS for educators, and iBlocks project-based learning.

Teach Better promises to be an “immersive learning experience” with a great lineup of featured speakers, including Mandy Froehlich, who also has a series on teacher well-being currently scheduled on OTIS for educators. You can watch the first course in the series, “Educator Mental Health and Why We Emotionally Disengage,” on demand from the OTIS library. While you’re there, check out our catalog of over 800 courses. We’ve got something for everyone – including subject area pedagogy, edtech integration, quick how-tos, and even readily-made materials for the classroom. Keep your eyes peeled for our mascot, Otis and snap a picture to share on social media if you catch him in the wild using the hashtag, #WheresOTIS!

After Teach Better in Ohio, you can catch the Teq team at MassCUE on October 19th, where we will be hosting the STEM Playground with 3Doodler, Bloxels, Copernicus, Formlabs, SMART, UBTECH, Ultimaker, Veative, and Wonder Workshop. Stay tuned for another blog with more exciting MassCUE conference announcements.

Not in Ohio or Massachusetts? Never fear, Teq may be coming to a conference near you! We’re amped up for an action-packed October – Teq will be attending the Long Island Technology and Education Summit, the Parkland Teacher Tech Con, NJSBA Workshop, and the PASA School Leadership Conference among others. We can’t wait to chat with administrators and educators across the nation about PBL, edtech, and more!
