PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE for each classroom
Catch issues before they occur and eliminate disruption in the delivery of classroom content. Each visit lasts 30 minutes per board, and is performed twice each year. Preventative maintenance visits include, inspection, analysis, and a comprehensive service report. 3 ON-SITE SERVICE VISITS
Our certified technicians are trained to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of classroom and district technology products, including interactive whiteboards, projectors, speakers, wireless devices, response systems, document cameras, and related accessories from all manufacturers.
Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for on-site service visit is two business days.
