Our certified technicians are trained to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of classroom technology products, including interactive whiteboards, projectors, speakers, wireless devices, response systems, document cameras, SAFARI Montage media management and distribution systems, and related accessories.
On-site service visits
Our certified technicians are trained to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of products.
For projectors, our certified technicians can troubleshoot image issues, cabling issues, or powering-on issues. Maintenance can include cleaning of the filters, lamp replacement, and resetting the lamp and filter meters. For interactive whiteboards, we can analyze any issues with touch, writing (including orientation), pen trays, controller cards, and cabling.
Catch issues before they occur and eliminate disruption in the delivery of classroom content by using a support plan for preventative maintenance.
In all cases, if a replacement is needed, we will uninstall the malfunctioning unit and reinstall the replacement provided by the manufacturer.
