Preventative maintenance


Catch issues before they occur and eliminate disruption in the delivery of classroom content. Each visit lasts 30 minutes per board, and is performed twice each year. Preventative maintenance visits include, inspection, analysis, and a comprehensive service report. The service report outlines all maintenance performed and provides a variety of valuable information for district record keeping including:

  • Routine maintenance and functionality test for interactive whiteboards
  • Projector maintenance and firmware upgrades
  • Product serial numbers for all projectors, interactive whiteboards, peripherals, and accessories
  • Warranty information on all registered products
  • Registration for product warranties
  • Recommendations for lamp replacements, missing parts, etc.

To help keep track of your classroom technology equipment, we provide Asset Management, which includes:

  • Email and hard copy reports of all items by room and school
  • Permanent record-keeping on Teq’s Server, with free access to the information (by request)
