We are currently hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at our headquarters in Huntington, New York. In this role, will support the delivery of high impact creative marketing collateral across multiple digital channels, including email campaigns, display banner ads, websites, social, and presentation development. The Junior Graphic Designer will help maintain and enforce established design standards as well as develop digital creative ideas. The core goal of this position’s work is to support Teq’s brand and its collateral to ensure our messaging reaches the right educators and administrators to support our continued growth in the K-12 EdTech market.

Responsibilities in this role:

  • Consistently brainstorm, conceptualize, and produce high-quality artwork to satisfy marketing and brand objectives.
  • Design web graphics, digital ads, email templates, and marketing collateral aligned with Teq’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate daily across internal teams to ensure visual assets and messaging remain consistent across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple concurrent creative projects from initial concept through final file delivery in a fast-paced setting.
  • Stay proactive and resourceful, maintaining sharp attention to detail while navigating shifting priorities.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 1–3 years of professional design experience accompanied by an impressive portfolio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation design (PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) and modern digital design workflows. Basic HTML5/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics, typography, grid layout, color theory, and digital composition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to quality and deadlines.

What we offer:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and technical certifications
  • Generous PTO and 15 paid holidays.
