We are currently hiring a Facilities Coordinator to perform general custodial tasks throughout the day to maintain cleanliness, appearance and smooth operation of Teq’s building and grounds.

Responsibilities in this role:

  • Maintain, order and replenish supplies throughout the building such as: break room, pantry room, vending machines, snack carts, as well as supply room and copy rooms.
  • Process office waste and recyclables
  • Monitor building supply levels and manage storage spaces
  • Assist in monitoring and managing building systems
  • Coordinate with service vendors and act as on-site POC
  • Perform local errands – store runs, transporting equipment for service, shipping, etc.
  • Maintain demo equipment inventory and manage asset system
  • Prepare equipment for marketing events, coordinate delivery and setup as well as act as on-site POC for local events
  • Perform minor building repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, as needed
  • Additional warehouse and delivery activities (pick/pack, load, drive, deliver), as determined by manager

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 2-3 years of facilities coordinator experience in an office setting preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to operate a forklift, drive cargo vans and box trucks as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while working independently
  • Proactive attitude with a solid commitment to ensure building upkeep

  • $20-$30 per hour
  • Flexible weekday schedule based on warehouse needs: 5:30am-2:30pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm
